This past weekend, I made dinner for the family. The weekends are my days off of cooking so that my mother can focus on cleaning the house and other stuff she’s unable to do so during the weekdays. I absolutely love cooking for the family. It relaxes me and puts me in a zone that no one can get me out of.

This recipe is the first meal I made for my parents & brother. They were awed by the taste and my ability to cook.

I hope you guys can impress your family too! Enjoy!
